We do check everyone that is requesting a template. If the information does not match we will reject the request. Please make sure all information is correct.

I am building a bingo site, and when I try to download a template, I am told that my url does not exist.

So I tried to download a different template for a site I already have online, but would like to change ... and got the same response.

I read here that your info must match (match what?) so I used the WHOIS info - but still no go.

How can I overcome this?
